Your Content & Bouquets

• You retain ownership of the bouquets, cards, and text you create.
• You grant us a limited license to host, store, display, and transmit your content solely to operate and provide the service (including generating share links).
• You are responsible for what you write and who you share links with. Do not include illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Anyone with a share link may be able to view that bouquet and card. Treat links like private invitations.
• Once shared, treat a bouquet as delivered for the recipient unless the product explicitly offers editing.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or third-party rights
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others through bouquets, cards, or the site
• Attempt to break, scrape excessively, or disrupt floritydigital.app
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others in a deceptive way
